Select a Key Person:
Decide which employee or position in the company you want to analyze. Include every person whose departure would pose a risk to critical know-how.

Enter Data for Each Person:
- Name of Key Person: Enter the full name or a clear identifier for the individual.
- Age: Record the current age (between 16 and 75 years).
- Resignation Probability (%): Estimate the likelihood of leaving as a percentage (e.g., based on surveys, turnover statistics, or subjective impression).
- Know-how Criticality: Choose a rating from 1 (low criticality) to 5 (high criticality), depending on how essential the person’s knowledge is to your processes.

Add Person to the List:
After filling in all fields, click Add to include the person in the analysis.

View Results in the Heat Map:
- All entered persons appear in the table.
- The Risk Score column shows a calculated numeric value for each individual, derived from resignation probability, criticality, and age.
- The Heat Map uses colors to indicate risk levels (green = low, blue = medium, yellow = high, red = very high).
- The Comment Section below the table summarizes the current risk situation in plain language.

Remove any key person from the table by clicking the X icon (red button).
